Organized on 22 Feb 1868 with Rev. Dr. John G. Bergen as officiating minister. Consisted of 18 charter members who elected as Archibald Maxwell, Samuel Zollinger, & George Johnson as ruling elders, and Milton Dean & John H. Dixon as deacons.
